Client Obligations
Clients can expect to be provided with clear and complete objective briefs, response to queries, and a review draft in a timely manner, and confirm that the requested content does not violate applicable laws with the inclusion of ethical standards and intellectual property rights. If the client due for any reason is found to fail to provide adequate instructions, the failed cooperation may affect quality and delivery.
Fees, Invoicing, and Payment Terms
All payments and fees are required to be communicated and agreed upon by the client prior to beginning the work. Payments may be required upfront, on a milestone basis, or upon delivery, as for the specification made in the project agreement. However, services may be suspended for incomplete or late payments. It is to remember that all changes are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be further added as per the requirement.
Revisions and refund policy
Clients are entitled to complementary revisions, in terms of demanding changes within the provided documents, especially about the changes that fall within the organisational project's scope.
In terms of having additional requests for substantial modifications, they will be considered as terms outside of the agreed scope, and can incur the agreed fees.

Ownership and intellectual property
Considering the full statement of payment, all rights to the final content will be transferred to the client. The company will retain the right to only anonymised work samples for marketing purposes and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, drafts, rejected submissions, and unpaid content will remain the intellectual property of the company.
Limitation of liability
We are committed to produce original, high-quality content, and do not acquire the responsibility for any indirect or direct damage arising from the utilisation or interpretation of our content.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and approving materials prior to submission or Publication.
Termination of agreement
The company reserves the right to suspend the terminate services immediately if clients are found to breach these terms, engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, and fail to make agreed-upon payments.
