1. Revisions
• Each project includes free revisions to align content with your initial requirements.
• Major changes outside the original brief (e.g., new topic, different structure, added sections) will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
• The delivered content does not meet the specifications mentioned in the confirmed brief, and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions.
• Duplicate payment or technical billing error.
• A 50% refund upon failure of assignment, against proper evidence and fail report.
Refunds are not applicable if:
• The client changes the project scope after delivery.
• The content has already been approved, published, or used by the client [100% plagiarized content].
• Delays occur due to incomplete instructions, lack of communication, or late feedback from the client.
3. No-Refund Situations
• “Change of mind” after work has begun.
• Delays caused by client-side communication lapses.
• Rejection of content for subjective reasons without specific justification.
